DTS Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for a YWAM UofN DTS in Sendai!

This is the DTS student application form. Please fill it in and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are married and are both wishing to join as students, you will both need to fill in an application form.

These are the requirements to apply for the DTS:

• Be at least 18 years old by the end of the school
• Be able to communicate in either English or Japanese
• Be able to be in Japan for up to 90 days without a visa, or be eligible for a 90 day eVisa (Go here for details)
